At Workflow, we provide a space designed for productivity, collaboration, and comfort. Whether you’re here for a day, a month, or as a private office member, this agreement ensures we all share a positive and professional work environment.
The Basics
Access & Hours: Our standard business hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Some memberships allow 24/7 access.
Workspaces: You may use common areas, open desks (if available under your membership), and meeting rooms when booked. Private offices and certain amenities are reserved for specific membership levels.
Respect the Community: We encourage collaboration and professionalism—keep noise levels appropriate, respect shared resources, and follow Workflow’s Community Standards, Privacy Policy, and Network Policy.
Security & Tech Use: Keep your keycard secure, do not share it, and respect the security of the space. Use our high-speed WiFi responsibly and avoid activities that could disrupt service.
Responsibilities & Liability
Property & Belongings: You are responsible for securing your belongings. Workflow is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Damages: If you or your guests cause any damage to the space, furniture, or technology, you are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Policy Updates: We may update this agreement periodically. By continuing to use Workflow, you agree to any updates.

But to move forward with any specific Workflow membership-type we’ll ask you to sign, signifying that you have read and understand this All-User Agreement.
Supplemental Terms and Conditions (for your lawyers)
Workflow Operations Community, LLC (“Workflow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all members and guests. This section outlines our policies regarding data privacy, community expectations, and acceptable use of Workflow services.
1. Personal Information and Privacy
We collect and process information you provide directly and information generated through your use of Workflow services and technology. This may include:
Contact and identity information (e.g., name, phone, email, photo ID)
Employment and business details
Payment and billing information
Device and usage data (WiFi, printers, sensors)
Images or recordings from facility surveillance systems
From time to time, Workflow may capture photographs or video within common areas of the facility for marketing, promotional, or documentation purposes. By using the space, you acknowledge that you may be incidentally included in such photos or recordings.
By using Workflow services, you consent to our collection, use, and limited sharing of such data. We do not sell your data. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@workflow.com.
