Community Guidelines

At Workflow, we’ve created a space designed for productivity, flexibility, and connection. These guidelines help ensure a professional, respectful, and comfortable environment for everyone working here—whether you’re here for a day or every day.

Bookable Meeting Rooms

All meeting rooms include coffee and water; snacks and soft drinks are not provided. Meeting rooms are available to ensure you have a dedicated space for conversations, presentations, and collaboration.

Meeting Room Use

To maintain a productive atmosphere for all members, meetings and group discussions should remain within your reserved room. Please avoid hosting meetings in open or shared areas.

Guests

Members are welcome to host one guest during business hours. Guests should be accompanied and respectful of the space. After hours, guests are only permitted if a meeting room has been reserved.

Quiet Work Areas

Areas beyond secured doors are designated for focused, quiet work. Phone calls and virtual meetings should be taken in phone booths. To respect those working nearby, please avoid music or speakerphone use in these spaces.

Shared Spaces & Amenities

Our common areas are designed for flexible work and connection. Please be mindful of noise levels, clean up after yourself, and help keep shared amenities stocked and organized for others to enjoy.

Workflow is a shared environment. We ask all members and guests to be considerate, professional, and respectful of others, the space, and the resources provided.
