A hot desk membership gives you the freedom of coworking with the structure of a professional space. This membership is perfect for those who need flexibility, networking opportunities, and shared resources. This kind of membership does not come with any dedicated or permanent work space.

What’s Included

  • Access: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (some memberships may have 24/7 access).

  • Workspaces: Open seating in our hot desk areas—first come, first served. Some closed-door workspaces may be labelled as available to hot desk users, but closed-door workspaces are not guaranteed.

  • Member Benefits: Invitations to networking events, educational workshops, and happy hours.

  • High-speed WiFi

  • Phone booths for private calls

  • Coffee & tea stations

  • Printing (pay-as-you-go)

  • Discounts on meeting room bookings

Member Responsibilities

  • Clean Up After Yourself: Leave shared spaces as you found them.

  • Respect Others: Keep phone calls quiet and use phone booths for extended conversations.

  • Monthly Billing: Membership fees are auto-billed on the 1st of each month.

  • Insurance: Workflow provides property insurance, but you are required to maintain business liability insurance.

Financial Terms

  • Rent Payments: Due on the 1st of each month.

  • Security Deposit: No deposit required.

  • Additional Costs: Meeting room overages, printing, and additional services are billed monthly.

Lease Terms & Flexibility

  • Lease Length: Standard 12-month lease (flexible options available upon request).

  • Upgrades & Expansions: Need an office? We’ll work with you to relocate within Workflow.

  • Termination Policy: Requires 30 days’ notice before your renewal period.

Additional Terms

  • No Subletting: Memberships cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

  • Keycard Access: Lost keycards will incur a replacement fee.
